Timepickr is part of Cor-IT, a Dutch company registered under KvK number 83476849 with its registered office in Urmond, the Netherlands. We act as the data controller for the personal data we process through our platform.

Booking data — date, time, service type, and any notes you provide when making or receiving a booking.
Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with our platform.

Payment data — processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Timepickr booking platform.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
To create and manage your account.
To process payments and issue invoices.
To improve our services through analytics and usage patterns.
To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).
To send marketing communications (only with your consent).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking history is kept for 3 years for operational and legal purposes. After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. 7-year tax obligation).

Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
